Eligibility:

1. The raffle is open to all persons who have reached the age of 18.

Participation Period:

1. The raffle begins on 28.11.2023 and ends on 30.11.2023.

Participation requirements:

1. To enter, complete the official entry form at https://mobilewelder.com/en/raffle.
2. Provide all required personal information correctly, including your full name, email address and contact number.
3. Add the reason why you would like to win the Ready to Weld-Package on the form.

Winner selection:

1. The winner will be selected by an internal team of Orbitalum Tools GmbH.
2. The selection will be based on the originality, persuasiveness and creativity of the reasons given. Participants have no right to be selected.

Notification of winner:

1. The winner will be contacted by email or telephone no later than 14.12.2023.
2. The winner must respond within 7 days of notification to accept the prize. Otherwise Orbitalum Tools GmbH reserves the right to select a new winner.
3. The prize will be sent to the winner free of charge within Europe.

Case Study:

1. 6 months after the prize has been handed over, the winner will be contacted by Orbitalum Tools GmbH to discuss participation in a case study highlighting their experience with the Ready to Weld-Package. Participation is voluntary.
2. The results of the case study may be published on the official website and in marketing materials of Orbitalum Tools GmbH. Unless the participant gives his/her revocable consent to the publication of personal data (name, company, position and place of work, if applicable), the results of the case study will only be used in anonymised form as described above.

List of interested parties:

1. All participants will be added to our Customer Relation Management System (CRMS) as existing customers after completion of the competition and can be contacted by our sales team by mail or telephone They may object to the promotional use of their participation data at any time with effect for the future, without incurring any transmission costs other than those according to the basic rates.

Data protection:

Orbitalum processes the personal participation data for the purpose of carrying out the competition on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. The participation data of the winner as well as any further data collected in the course of the case study (including image reports) may be used for the creation and publication of advertising materials (flyers, website, etc.) with the consent of the person(s) concerned. In this case, the basis is consent pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO. We are interested in presenting interesting offers to other participants as well. To protect this legitimate interest, we process the participation data on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO) in our CRMS and use them, subject to an objection, for sales contacts by e-mail or telephone. In the event of an objection to advertising, the data will be deleted after the prize has been awarded. Other:

1. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.
2. Orbitalum Tools GmbH reserves the right to change or terminate the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
